How can I share one account on Original Gangstaz between my iPhone and iPad?

I want to play it primarily on the iPad at home, but would like to access the same account I built up on the iPhone when I out. Can anyone help with this? I do not believe you can share a game account btwn 2 electronics unless its stored on some type of card. and what the heck is Original Gangstaz?
