I had to return this item because it appeared that the headphone jack was in the wrong place. After further investigation the manufacturer informed me that the hole right next to where the headphone jack is was for the antenna, and that I was required to flip down the plastic panel where the hole is to use the headphones. I bought this for my Toshiba Protege R835-970 13.3 inch laptop. The material feels very protective. I like how the case is kinda spongy, isn't too thick or thin, and the outside pocket is great for holding my external hard drive. After putting my laptop in the case, there is about an inch along the zipper side. I wish it was a little smaller and fit like a glove, but it is still great.
