I don't think I can add much. It's a great case. Brings much peace of mind. Makes the phone big and clunky but given how expensive it is to replace and the fact I break phones, I don't mind.Unfortunately, the entire case feels extremely cheap. As far as I've been able to find out, they work fine on the iPhone 3G - Except for the volume control - you need to use the buttons on the iPhone itself. The mic still works, the one press answer/end call still works, the one press start/stop music still works, and the double press skip tracks still works. It's only because the volume control on the headphone isn't compatible that Apple don't sell this as being suitable for the iPhone 3G.
This case isn't quite as pretty as it was pictured. I was hoping it would be more chameleon than it is but really it's just mostly blue. SOMETIMES you see hints of the other colors, but it's pretty none the less. It's very good at protecting the phone as it fits perfectly, and the screen guard that comes with it is fantastic! Best one I've ever seen, and it was free with the case!
These units did not work (I ordered 2). Do not let the photo fool you. The unit connects to your leather iphone cases via a wire that sits under the unit. The leather iphone cases does not sit flat against the speaker unit - it sits on a tilt due to the plug that plugs into your leather iphone cases. These did not produce any sound from the leather iphone cases - that is too bad because I am looking for a portable solution for the leather iphone cases.
