What do you think of the new iPad 2?

What problems would I have buying an iPad from the USA?

What problems would I have buying an iPad to from the US and using it in the UK? Would the App Store still work the same? Would I need a different charger? I live here in Thailand, and I simply purchased an iPad on eBay from the U.S. and it was delivered here in three days. I can see no limitation, or even special consideration, required for having an iPad from the U.S.A. in the UK.
