I bought this charger and within a couple of months the cord had pulled out of the charger base and it no longer functioned. I emailed the customer service team and they said their policy was that I would send it in and they would send me a replacement. However, once I sent the charger in, they credited my account. They refuse to stand behind their word (in an email) that they would send a replacement. In fact, they just don't respond to my inquiries! Funny thing is, the price of the charge
Have had this product for 3 months now and it is well worth the money!! It was easy to snap on & also works well with the iPad cover. Did not have to cut the case or make any adjustments.. And the plastic is very durable.. HIGH RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!
These pens might work on other devices but they do not work on Apple iPad.They drag and you have to use a lot of pressure to get them to move.Not a good product for the iPad.
This cover isn't superb, but not too bad either. It's not too thick, which is my personal preference, and has a good grip texture so it won't slip out of your hands. However, it does leave fingerprints and it is a bit of a struggle to slip on. Also, the port hole opening on the left side to switch the volume on and off is a little too small. I gave it three stars because that really is easily fixable: if you've got a hand held hole puncher, it's easy to punch through to make the slot slightly lo
