I really don't understand what the critics are talking about...These headphones are 100% amazing. I can't believe I've been listening to music without these bad boys. Music isn't music without these now. The only thing that bad critics are right about is that you can hear the music outside the headphones if someone else is using them. But it's not that bad. Unfortunately, I was sent the wrong product. A very very very PINK Otterbox instead of the one displayed. The screen also tends to stick to the glass iPhone screen, causing a lot of unsightly marks. Not sure why it does this since my husband's black Otterbox does not give him these problems...
