Sadly, the people who said this was a "drop the IPAD" waiting to happen were correct. I'm on my 3rd power chord in 2 years. I wrapped my first chord as recommended by the Genius Bar people. The chord detached after about 11 months. I didn't wrap my second chord and now the stupid thing won't charge my computer. If you like buying a new power chord every year then this product is for you! I have purchased and installed two of these units. The first one was in a steel building where I had 4 bars of signal on the outside and less than 2 bars on the inside. The unit improved my signal inside to 5 bars of signal. The second was in a home where the calls would break up and drop even though there was a signal showing on the phone. Now we have clear reception and transmission. We all use either Blackberrys or I-Phones.

After a bit of effort, I managed to get the screen lined up properly and put on my ipad with few bubbles.But I found it useless. I use my ipad as an eBook reader, and I found the quality of the display severely degraded (and unusable for reading books) after putting on the protective screen. I took it off after 5 minutes and am currently using nothing. I'm still looking for a usable protective screen.
