It works and it's not bad for the price. Only complain is that it's pretty bulky. I have a small mazda3 and with this thing in the glove compartment, it's a tight fit after you plug in the usb cables.
A keyboard with a numeric keypad seems like a core element of a power user's system. Apple seems to have relegated these users to the first-generation archaic users group by choosing not to release a wireless version of this keyboard. Maybe Apple's marginal profit position does not support the return on investment for bluetooth product development of this item.
This was my first macintosh apple computer purchase and it has been as great as everyone says - so far.The website was awesome, no problems whatsoever and the product was delivered in no time at all.

(Electronics) It does everything the smart cover does, but it also protect the back of my iPad. It fits my iPad like a glove and it also does the thing where when you close the case it put the iPad to a sleep mode, and when you open the case it turns on the iPad...just like the smart cover! I only wish it came in a different color. With the black iPad, it fits perfect color wise. It was a bit odd for me for a white one.... But maybe I'm just being picky. So I didn't take out a star. :-)
