This product works and you can't beat the price. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that I use an Otter Box Defender case on my iPhone. The Otter Box has a plastic rim around the connection point and while the Apple charging cable that came with the phone will fit inside the rim, this connector is too big to fit. I gave this product to my wife who doesn't use a case on her iPhone and she uses it often with no problems. Don't buy this if you have a Defender case. Otherwise, go for it!

In May/June 2010 my 13" 2007 phone casebook hard drive died but I did get a replacement due to an issue with some hard drives for that year. Not only do they sound amazing and have been my favorite earbuds ever since I purchased them two years ago, but they can take a licking and keep on ticking! The apple battery on my ibook sucks! I've had my ibook almost two years and the battery at most last a hour on the default power saving settings.
