I could not remove the air bubbles around the edges of the screen no matter what I did. Other than the edges, the screen went on very good. I just have to live with the bubbles around the edges.

I ordered the black rubber with the white plastic case and the black rubber was like a lint magnet. The screen cover was also extremely distorted (rainbow effect and bubbles) with the verizon iphone 4S, this was probably a manufacture defect because I ordered a purple rubber with white plastic for my wife and it did not have the same effect. Warning with the black case = lintIf you have a screen with distortion (rainbow effect and bubbles) then ask for another one because it's probably defective

Well, I took my phone, in the blue defender case, out of my backpack to show my husband and inadvertently threw the phone. Just a little. No harm done.
