My battery lasts 4-4.5 hours with iTunes, iPhoto, and Safari running. I got through a 2 hour movie and still had enough to check my email and update my iPhone. As long as the silicone ipad skin is calibrated then the battery is great.

The iphone 3gs is incredibly fast. Safari, Email, Camera all load noticeably faster than on the iPhone 3G (both running 3.0 software). Even booting the phone takes about half the time. Seriously, everything is faster. It's exactly the same experience as switching from a two- or three-year-old computer to something brand new. Your apps all look the same, but they load and run much more smoothly. Even if you're doing the same things on both silicone ipad skinhines, the new silicone ipad skinhine is that much better to work on.

I miss the old white "T" Shaped chargers. I've had this silver "L" shaped charger for less than a year and it's already quitting out on me.
