The holster is a quality made product and the look and feel are first rate. The problem is that the fit is so snug I can barely get the iPhone to slide in and out of the holster. I have been using the holster for almost a month and it is just now starting to stretch enough that I am not having to fight as hard to get the phone out of the holster. This has been a problem when a call comes in and I try to answer before the call is routed to voice mail.
I've become well acquainted with Apple's return process (make appt with Genius at Apple Store, show them item that doesn't work, get it replaced), but I can't help but wonder how great this product would be if they put a bit more effort into the actual functionality and durability, vs simply the design. I've had these replaced 4 times since July when I purchased my iPhone 32gb 3GS. Sound quality is what you'd expect in an item that comes standard with an mp3 player/phone.
