I have a stereo system with ipod dockbook Pro and had issues getting my Samsung T.V. to read the VGA adapter. After calling Apple, they walked me through resetting my laptop. When we did this, the t.v. was able to pick up the signal and it worked. If your adapter is not working, don't worry....it's just a communication issue between the laptop and the t.v. Apple will be able to help you with this. They will walk you through the whole process. I gave it 3 stars, because it should not be this difficult. Other than

Within 15 minutes of attaching the tune talk, while trying to adjust the gain the little plastic widget fell right out of the tune talk thingy. I can't comment on the use of the product since I promptly took it back for a refund. It is so shoddily made that while it might be a great product WHEN it works, I wouldn't spend $60 on something that fell apart in jsut 15 minutes. I am a 45 year old woman, not rough on electronics, so I can only imagine what a student would do to this thing.
