How come my touch pen for iphone doesn't charge when I plug it into the wall but does in my laptop?

My touch pen for iphone touch charges fine when i plug it into my laptop but when i plug it into the wall it doesn;t work. It;s nothing wrong with the plug-in or the cable because i plugged in my sisters touch pen for iphone (exactly the same) and it worked just fine. Sometimes the outlet, or outlets, can become "dead" or disconnected. There are several outlets in my house that dont work and you could get an electrician or someone to fix it for you... Can you find pacific locations with gps on iPhone such as shops restaurants etc?

Today I was searching for a subway restaurant and thought I know I;ll use my iPhone trying to look all cool and stuff but didn;t have any idea how to do that is it possible to get directions for things as pacific as that Pacific locations? As in the pacific ocean? Or do you mean SPECIFIC locations?
