First of all , the plastic quality is poor.The design is not ergonomic.It seems that the buttons are too slim which is pretty hard sometimes.I can't even type without looking at the keyboard !when typing , the hand position is not natural and sometimes hurts my forehand.It's also pretty noisy and not comfortable !

I have Otterbox Commuter cases in my blackberry and android phones, now on my ipad. They fit great, are easy to install and this one is considerably thicker than the Belkin silicon case I got. The only thing I hate is you have to remove the door every time you're going to charge it. But I charge my ipad once every 4 days so I can deal with it.
I've owned a few pairs of these headphones in the last few years. It seems that after about a year of regular use (nothing abusive), the microphone and volume switch just quits working. The headphones still produce sound, but the switch and microphone dies. If it weren't for this, I'd give the headphones a higher rating.

I asked for a replacement. Amazon promptly sent me a new one, but it had the same problem. I have asked for a refund and will purchase from another manufacturer. I was a little miffed that it wasn't going to fit exactly and i was going to have to do a little work on my part, but let me tell you, that work isn't that much.
