Those of you making snide remarks about the iPhone 4 being made of glass etc etc. My iPhone 3G S survived numerous drops despite having a glass screen. My iPhone 4 has cracks and scratches from *normal use*. In fact, I treat this thing with more care than anything else I own. I have no idea how this thing is so scratched up, but it's not nearly as durable as the old iPhone. This lawsuit is completely justified in my eyes.

Great sound. Ear sizes don't quite fit me and the material isn't very grippy so they tend to fall out of the ear easily. The only reason I bought them was for the remote so I could use it with my iPhone. They're also extremely fragile. If you commute on crowded transit or go to the gym, don't buy these earbuds. I'm getting mine replaced because they've come apart. This is the last set of Apple earbuds I'm buying. Great sound quality, but you need to baby them.

This item would be great if it just had a remote with it. It's very irritating that the buttons are located right behind the device & they are hard to reach when trying to change songs, etc...There should be a small travel friendly remote to go with it. I would have rated this 4 star with a remote.
