I really like this product. It's a bit small but it doesn't feel awkward on my lap beneath a larger laptop. It tends to lower the temperature anywhere from 5 to 15 degrees celsius, which is pretty good. It's very portable and isn't a pain to move from room to room. The real bonus (and selling point) is that it's quiet. It doesn't distort my voice on a built-in laptop microphone when I'm using it while talking on Skype. It's not at all distracting. The Acer Icona was my second choice for a tablet, after Ipad2 and Motorola Zoom, but I am quite satisfied with my choice.. although I would have preferred the 3G version which was out of stock when I ordered.
