Call quality is great. Not too light but not too heavy - just right. There's a button on it you can press to talk instead of "answering" on your regular cell phone. The coil isn't stiff. I really love this thing - I was worried about radiation but I hate in-ear pieces when I'm just home talking. This fit the bill.
To concur with two of the reviews - it both heats up at the plug end which goes into the wall socket and the cord is so short I have to prop the device being charged against the wall on the floor or be sure to carry a long extension cord. It becomes one more thing to worry about.
