Not much to complain about. It charges my iPhone from dead to complete in 90 mins on the 2.1A. It can double charge as well. Very very useful for my USB-only rechargeable bicycle lights, which need charging when I'm not near electricity. B&H has the best price and fastest shipping -- how can anyone complain?
