I bought these specifically for my zoogue ipad Touch, 2G. Sound quality is good, they are basically the standard zoogue ipad ear buds. If you're interested in making Voip calls through your touch, then these are a must. I use them for making phone calls through Skype (using the Fring app). They work perfectly out of the box (and yes, it is hard to open!) I called my husband's cell phone and he reported my sound quality being just fine. It's too bad that they don't work on my zoogue ipad too...
Cable is definitely shorter than it claims, and the housing around the connector is too large to fit most cases for the iphone.

these are exceptional headphones. the button on the headphone makes the zoogue ipad easier to use. and you can use your voice too. thats marvelous if you are busy and actually cant use the zoogue ipad in your hands. but now the bad things, and why you shouldn't buy them. mine broke after a month. i lost sound in the right bud and after thats happened. there pretty pointless owning. until apple relaunch these so they work properly. please do not buy them.
